The rigidity and stability of standoffs and spacers are significant during production and when the cabinet or equipment is opened to troubleshoot, assist, or repair PCBs or other internal components.

  • Squared-shaped LED spacer, standoffs:

These devices provide spaces for LEDs from the board surface, ensuring product uniformity and ease of production. Its square design is ideal for angled applications, including minimizing shifting height variation. It is made of PVC material and features two styles that fit a T-1 and T-1 3/4 LED. 

  • Round, metric LED spacers, standoffs:

These spacers enable height control and feature self-retaining for auto insertion and pre-assembly. They are designed from PVC materials and available in three styles to accommodate T-1 and T-1 3/4 LEDs. They are used for the stability and lead wire retention of LEDs. 

  • Round, imperial, moulded LEDs- Spacers, Standoffs:

They feature internal tapered dividers to guide the lead wires. They are made of nylon and ensure product uniformity and production ease. Furthermore, they fit standard T-1 3/4 LEDs and are ideal for preventing leads from shorting.
