What is a Display Module:

A display module is more than just a touch-screen LCD that shows a user a picture and allows human interactions with the device. A display module is an extremely integrated, real-time embedded system tuned to effectively interact and communicate with its surroundings. There is a lot more to a display module than what is immediately apparent. The LCD and touch screen are undoubtedly significant external factors of a display module.

Display Module LCD:

A type of flat panel display known as an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) operates primarily using liquid crystals. These display modules are frequently used in smartphones, televisions, computer monitors, instrument panels, and other devices; LEDs are also included in this group of display modules and offer a wide range of applications for consumers and enterprises.

OLED Display Module:

An organic light-emitting diode is an OLED. A thin, multi-layered organic film sandwiched between an anode and a cathode makes up the OLED Display, a self-emitting technology. OLED technology does not require a backlight, in contrast to LCD technology. OLED is the best technology for the upcoming generation of flat panel displays and has great application potential for practically all types of displays. OLEDs are used to make digital displays for gadgets like TVs, computer monitors, mobile devices like smartphones, handheld gaming systems, and personal digital assistants (PDAs).

Graphic:

Generally, the term “Graphic” refers to any visual interpretation of data that includes a wide range of forms like photographs, numbers, symbols, maps, drawings, graphs, diagrams, geometrical designs, and engineering structures. Graphics can be an image or text that are used for decorating and useful reasons, like informing, entertaining, educating, and demonstrating. Regarding computers, the word graphic refers to two-dimensional digital (2D) imagery that can be created, edited, stored, or displayed on a computer system. A design or visual picture exhibited on several media, such as canvas, paper, walls, signage, or a computer monitor, is generally referred to as a "graphic." They are made for entertainment, promotion, or informational purposes.

Difference Between LCDs And OLEDs:

The key difference between an LCD and an OLED is how LCDs and OLEDs produce their images differently. Liquid crystals are used in LCDs that turn light into an image. OLED displays produce images by electrically illuminating the organic components inside the display.

Furthermore, these display modules differ in various attributes like brightness, viewing angles, lifespan, burn-ins, black levels, contrast, and prices.
