TMDP and THDP Series probes have the TekVPI® interface which enables smart communication between oscilloscope and probe - each TekVPI probe features controls and indicators located on the probe compensation box, designed to provide quick and easy access to the probe's most commonly required setup controls and operating status. The THDP0200 can safely measure differential voltages up to 1500V. It is effective in making measurements in IGBT circuits, such as motor drives or power converters.
