What is Surface Conditioning?

Surface conditioning is a suitable abrasive material. The modern surface conditioning products differ from the traditional abrasive products because they are more significant in thickness and are three-dimensional to some of the standard and popular abrasive products.

The surface conditioning is made of an abrasive part equally distributed through a three-dimensional network of nylon filaments that are then strengthened by technical fibre support. Therefore, it is known that this product has two technologies that are chemical and textile.

Advantages of Surface Conditioning

Surface conditioning is helpful in cleaning, polishing, and giving a satin finish to a metal part that has a non-flat surface in difficult-to-reach areas.

Surface conditioning makes it easy to operate on hard-to-reach surfaces that need to be worked on all angles and make it flexible and cushioned.
