Single Plug and Socket Suitable for 12 to 24V d.c. car, boat and caravan electrical systems, these universal plugs and sockets provide quality connections for any number of uses to power portable equipment. Plugs are 8A or 16A rated and fit DIN ISO 4165 socket outlets. The red adaptor allows the plug to fit car cigar lighter sockets. Fused (standard car fuse) and unfused types available Screw termination Integral cable clamp & separate strain relief boot Cable mount and panel mount socket (DIN ISO 4165) with 6.3 ´ 0.8 tab connections (panel mount dimensions 18.5mm dia.) Note Similar in concept to an automotive cigar lighter, the DIN 4165 connector is shorter and smaller than the Standard Cigarette Lighter Socket normally found in cars.
