Absolutely amazing. This is by far the best manual bender out there. I have tried many crimpers, and while other crimpers look similar to these...they are MUCH worse than these Knipex's. These are even better than some made in the US which is 3x more expensive. If you connect them normally, you will like them very much right away. It crimps perfectly, is ratcheting (although not advertised as such), and has a lever action on the end which is set to give perfect crimp pressure every time. There's no guessing how hard it is to tighten or too hard to "make sure" you've engaged the end of the ratchet loop. The included mold is superbly made, you can see it has been fine-tuned after forging to be very accurate. It's also INCREDIBLY hard, it will last forever. The handle is kind of hard plastic that has a slightly rubbery/sticky feel to it, very nice. I thought it would just be your typical hard tool plastic, but it's a bit unique. The overall fit and finish of the tool are flawless (typical Knipex), with no burrs, nicks, dings, scratches, or finish imperfections. Knipex is a fantastic company and hopes they continue to focus only on quality no matter the price...there are many tools 'built for a price' by regular importers but the number of quality tools is dwindling. Very happy with the purchase from Enrgtech!
