I love this visor. I work in the medical field and I need it now. It was easy to put together. There are instructions on the product website. Follow them exactly and you will get the holes in the shield to line up with the helmet part. The first 2 days of wearing it my neck muscles were sore at the end of the day because I wasn't used to wearing anything on my head. It's fine now and my neck muscles have probably gotten stronger. The shield is easy to clean with alcohol wipes and even if there is some glare, it is very tolerable. The shield can also be flipped over so you can remove it from your face for a drink of water or a sip of coffee and still keep the device on your head. I dropped it by accident a couple of times. It hasn't broken or cracked so I'd say it's durable. A colleague put my name on the top using her label maker to personalize it for me. Many other colleagues have now bought this very shield. I recommend.
