This dual high-speed driver features 4 A of source/sink drive current and a typical 9 ns, 8 ns rise and fall time, respectively. It has an independent channel and an operating temperature of -40 to 125 °C. Moreover, this product’s family has a wide operating voltage range of 4.5 V to 35V. The gate driver for IGBT, N-Channel, and P-Channel MOSFETs has a low propagation delay and output impedance. This through-hole gate driver has two integral drivers and outputs with an 8-DIP supplier device package.
