Thermo Electric Devices' TDEX6015/TH12G is a high-performance heatsink for use with universal square Alu fans and industry standard fans. A heat sink is a piece of thermal electronic equipment attached to an electronic device for efficient heat dissipation. The TDEX6015/TH/12/G is ideal for a thermoelectric cooler with a 30 mm x 30 mm footprint and acts as a thermal interface for heat transfer in high-power semiconductor applications. It is made of highly tough and durable aluminium with a thermal resistance of 0.5 K/W. The black fan heat sink assembly has a width and length of 60 mm and a height of 47 mm. In addition, it is effective for a wide range of compact footprints requiring high performance.

It arrived much faster than expected. I broke the plastic clips on my original fan so I ordered this replacement. I wanted to reapply the thermal paste because the fan was running too much to cool the processor. It had thermal on the fan. I turned on the fan but the fan kept turning on. I cleaned out the thermal that came with it and put the best one I bought on it. NOW my old PC is running SUPER quiet and better than ever.
