The MIT410/2 from Megger is a portable insulation tester designed to output insulation resistance (in ohms/megohms) on its analogue, dual digital display. This 200GΩ insulation tester provides up to 1000-volt insulation testing and has a light weight of 775 g. This product has a height of 220 mm and is 50 mm wide. It displays auxiliary test information, including insulation/circuit voltage, frequency, and leakage current, on its secondary digital display, while other primary results are output on the larger display. The Megger MIT410 features a safety category voltage of 600V, which gets power from 6-cell batteries. Moreover, it has improved insulation testing by using feedback-controlled test voltage configurations and limiting the overvoltage to 2%. In addition, the tester has a wide range of applications in cable & motor testing, avionics, automotive, industrial, maintenance, ESD, and panel building.
