I always use these things. I found it better here than in local stores and bought it through Enrgtech. It's usually my favorite brand because it sticks well and lasts well. Other expensive brands claim to "lock" the edge, but I think that's misleading and usually don't hold up as well. This can handle a variety of tasks. This time we used it to specifically support a 3 mil plastic sheeting that hung from our ceiling and easily held its weight. In fact, after removing it, some of the paint even came off (blame it, not the product)! However, I'd rather have that than the tape that came loose. This has withstood the wind and other things as well. I recommend this width for painters tape due to its versatility and ease of use compared to smaller widths (like an inch). Great stuff and it's one of those things we like to always have on hand. Highly recommended.
