The 3M™ Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pads offer a preferential heat transfer path between heat sinks or splitters and heat-generating components, including IC chips or electric vehicle batteries. It consists of reliable, comfortable, slightly tacky acrylic elastomer sheets filled with heat-conducting ceramic particles.
