Hydraulic System 20 Oil Calibrated Monitor
The System 20 oil calibrated monitor is hand held and designed as a sealed assembly. There is no routine maintenance or adjustment required. The monitor has three day-glow dial gauges and protective hinged cover.

Flow section
The flow scale has double scales for size 1 and 2 sensors only. Calibrated up to 100 l/min (26 US gpm) and 380 l/min (100 US gpm)respectively. The flow dial has excess-flow indication. When the system is in reverse flow or when the high pressure lines to the sensor have been transposed, a below zero indication is given.
Pressure section
Dual scale, 0-420 bar, 0-6000 psi
Temperature section
The temperature dial reads between -10°C and +110°C (0°F to 230°F)

The ABS case is 287mm long, 104mm wide and 66mm deep overall.
Diagnostic Equipment - System 20
System 20 condition monitoring comprising a calibrated analogue monitor designed to connect to an inline sensor to provide the user with an accurate and repeatable analysis of system flow, pressure and temperature simultaneously, without having to stop the machine. The system is compatible with all mineral oils, water and water / oil emulsions up to a maximum working pressure of 420 bar. The sensors are capable of accepting reverse flow to an accuracy of ±5% full scale deflection.
